The administrator of your data is Sgela Education Advocacy, based in Lublin at 4 Grodzka Street. Since November 2017, we have been operating transparently and in accordance with the regulations. Our director, Maria Pawlak, personally ensures that every piece of information you provide to us is secure. We are not a large corporation that trades email databases. We are a lobbying office. We lay our cards on the table: we are interested in educational regulations and helping your school, not tracking your every move on the web. Your data is with us so that we can effectively represent your interests in the ministry.

We collect only what is necessary for work. When you fill out the contact form, we ask for your name, surname, and business email address. Sometimes you also provide the name of your facility or EdTech platform. This allows us to prepare for a conversation within the promised 110 minutes. Additionally, our server records standard logs, such as IP address or time of visit. We also use simple cookies so the site works efficiently and loads quickly. We do not use any hidden scripts that would profile you without your knowledge. Regulations are our field, so we stick to the facts.

We use your data in three specific situations. First, to answer your inquiry about an audit or legal monitoring. Second, if you buy our package for 1,840 PLN per month, we send you alerts about changes in laws. Third, we must keep accounting documentation for the tax office — our Tax ID is 7123410555 and every invoice must be correct. Without unnecessary talk about vision: your data serves us for the reliable handling of your case. If we agree on lobbying in Warsaw, your contact details may end up on a guest list at the ministry, but we will always inform you in advance.

You have full control over what we know about you. At any time, you can write to us at info@gela.com and request insight into your data. You can correct them if you change your phone number, or tell us to delete them completely. If you decide to end cooperation with us, we will not harass you with phone calls. We take your right to be forgotten seriously. In 2024, we handled 487 inquiries and not once did we have a complaint about the way information is managed. We use proven security measures, including SSL encryption, which protects submitted forms. Our database is located on secure servers to which only a narrow group of employees, like analyst Piotr Wiśniewski, has access. Since the office began, i.e., for 89 months, we have not recorded a single data leak. Documents you send us for EdTech platform audits are treated as confidential commercial information. We do not share them with anyone unauthorized. We know who picks up the phone in the ministry, and we know how to protect our clients' documentation from unauthorized persons.
