Educational law monitoring

Regulations change faster than you can drink your coffee

In 2024 alone, we have already analyzed 1,138 pages of draft laws and regulations. For a private school director or an EdTech owner, it's a jungle where it's easy to drown and lose money. We catch only those changes that actually hit your budget or require remodeling the platform. We don't write long essays. We send a specific message: what's changing, from when, and how much it will cost you if you don't react on time. We lay it on the line because we know your time is pure profit.

4 hours and 12 minutes – that's our average reaction time

When a new document appears at the Ministry of National Education, our team in Lublin immediately puts it under the magnifying glass. On October 14, we saved a local school from an error in interpreting new subsidy rules. They saved 12,340 PLN because they corrected the application 3 days before the deadline. We monitor not only announced acts but also leaks from parliamentary committees. Thanks to this, our clients know about upcoming requirements an average of 19 days earlier than the rest of the industry. To be honest, those dozen days decide if you'll manage to train staff or pay a penalty.

Instructions that save 3.2 hours a week

Most legal bulletins are boring theory. We deliver ready implementation instructions. If you run a facility in the Lublin voivodeship, you are interested in the specific budget resolutions of your district, not generalities about higher education. Our reports shorten the time directors spend reading the Journal of Laws by about 3.2 hours each week. That's time you can spend on conversations with parents or developing new courses. We know who picks up the phone in the ministry and what's worth asking before a regulation takes effect.

Real numbers from our work

Since September 2016, when we founded Sgela Education Advocacy, we have already helped 423 educational entities. In the last quarter alone, our clients avoided a total of 87 erroneous reports to the SIO system, which translated into peace of mind during a board of education inspection. Sometimes we have to tell it straight: a given project is risky and not worth investing in now. We put honesty above selling another hour of consultation. Regulations are our field, so you can take care of learning. We might not be the cheapest on the market, but our warnings pay for themselves at the first avoided inspection.

P.S. We check every technical report twice so you don't have to call a lawyer for every minor question.
