From the blackboard to ministerial corridors

Anna joined Sgela Education Advocacy in September 2019. Previously, she worked for 4 years in the administration of one of the larger schools in Lublin. She knows the reality of a teacher's work from the inside, so she knows why technology in school often ends up in the corner. Over the last 5 years, she has helped 14 companies from the EdTech industry go through procedures that usually drag on for months. She doesn't play at theorizing — if your platform doesn't meet the security requirements of a specific paragraph, Anna will tell you in the first minute of the conversation.

Master of ministerial lists

Her main job is to ensure our clients' software ends up on the list recommended by the ministry. In 2024, she guided 11 different educational tools through this process. The average time to obtain a positive opinion under her supervision is 43 days, while the market average is often over 115 days. Regulations are our field, and Anna can catch one error in a 142-page application that could block a subsidy for an entire quarter. We lay our cards on the table: with her, the papers simply go through.

Concrete numbers and hard facts

In March last year, Anna closed a case for a client from Kraków, recovering 124,300 PLN from incorrectly settled computer equipment subsidies. She doesn't promise miracles, but acts effectively. Thanks to her interventions, 147 schools across the country now use tools that actually relieve directors from daily paperwork. Statistics do not lie — 96.4% of applications prepared by Anna pass verification the first time, without the need for corrections, which saves clients an average of 54 hours of work.

Without unnecessary talk about vision

If you are looking for someone who will talk about the great future of technology, you've come to the wrong place. Anna focuses on who picks up the phone in the ministry and how to phrase a letter so an official doesn't reject it after a few seconds. Her desk at Sgela Education Advocacy is always covered with binders, because in educational lobbying every comma counts. By September 2024, she had handled 32 certification audits. We know how to talk to offices so you can focus on selling your product.

By the way, Anna is privately a fan of Lublin's old architecture, which helps her in negotiations with school building managers on modernization projects.
